Short description of your art.

Been beading for the last 6 years - earrings - lanyards -medallions I began beading when I first started to work for MSDC in waskaganish and it had took my interest.

Where did you learn your art?

Other elders/ workers. After I had left msdc I had learned more beading techniques on my own, and watched YouTube videos to also help me and I had also showed others my techniques I had learned along this beading journey

Where do you find inspiration for your work?

When I get bead orders or it just comes to mind sometimes I just get in the moods to sit down and start beading. I’d like to put positive energy into my work.

What other art forms do you practice?

Sewing, I recently started to teach myself how to sew, making scrunchies and headbands to begin with.

Yes, privately, or get requests to do big orders
